Stage 1: Gather customer insights
Kya apnay users say frandship ki ha? Confused about the 'who', 'what', 'why', and 'how' of your user base? There’s no need to search far and wide, you can get your answers straight from the source - your users! Don’t let assumptions lead the way. Conduct interviews, share questionnaires and collect feedback surveys to get to know your customers better. These interactions are like the hints helping you solve the mystery of your user persona. So how can you put together these clues to solve the mystery? Moving on to your new best friend.. data
Stage 2: Analyse your data
Kya apko number mila? Data, data, data — You’ve got the numbers but they’re useless unless you can unravel what they are trying to tell you. Analyze trends, behaviors and user needs by aggregating your data to gather the relevant insights. There are several tools in the market that can help you out or you can rely on the ever trustworthy Excel/Google sheets to create relevant dashboards.
Stage 3: Create your personas
Scene on kijiye - Now, the fun part— putting a face to those numbers. Each persona should have a name, a face, a demographic and a narrative. What's their daily routine? What problems do they face? What pain points do they want a solution for?
Stage 4: Keep them current
Umer bhar ka sath - Times change, products evolve, and so do your customers. Assuming your user personas are set in stone is a recipe for disaster! Continuous discovery and research ensure your personas stay as dynamic and vibrant as your user base.
